Accomodation & Tariff Chikmagalur

The bed rooms at the Hidden Valley are spacious, tastefully decorated and equipped with all the essentials.

Accommodation includes:-

Main house:- Consists of 5 large and medium sized rooms with 4 bath rooms.

All rooms have mezzanine floors providing additional accommodation. The rooms have access to a large portico overlooking a beautiful mini lake. The common area is fully covered with glass and serves as a dining area and a quiet sit out. Ideally suited for a group of 10 to 15 pax.

Annexe:- An independent unit having Two rooms, one double room and another a family bed room with 4 beds including a bunk bed. The Annexe has a spacious common sit out and dining area. Ideal for a group of 4 to 6.

Each room is equipped with a TV powered by Tata Sky digital services.

All the bed rooms have spacious attached bath rooms with running hot and cold water.

Cottage:- Over looking the plantation and greenery arround, the Cottage has a living room and a large bed room with a king size bed and a bunk bed.

At The Hidden Valley be pampered with some of our mouthwatering vegetarian and non-vegetarian delicacies. Play king as you try some of our specialties from Mangalore, Coorg and of course our own Malnad region.

Mobile network:- Airtl, Jio and BSNL offer full coverag in the area. Hotspot can be used for internet purpose.

Full Board Plan* - Includes Room charges, morning Coffee/Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, Coffee/Tea, limited Vegetarian snacks in the evening and Dinner. Additionally Bonfire on request. Extra snacks will be charged

Barbecue Session - For large groups on request @ 500/- per person.

Weekend Booking - Minimum 2 nights.

DAY TRIP

We are happy to provide day trips for office and family groups of 10 to 20 pax between Sunday to Friday or on Weekend subject to availability.
The package includes a Welcome drink, Buffet lunch Veg, and Non-Veg, evening Tea / Coffee with Biscuits / Snacks.
Between 11 am to 5 pm. Charge per person Rs 750/-
The guests are free to use all the facilities available within our premises such as Estate walk, Swimming, Boating and Fishing in the lake, Cycling, Outdoor Badminton. Please check Activity page for more info.

Cancellation Policy:
Advance cancellation: A cancellation done 10 days in advance will entitle a refund of 50%. There will be no refund if the room is cancelled 10 days prior to the stay period. Postponement will be at our sole discretion.
Cancellation after check- in: If the guests check out earlier than the committed date, they are still required to pay for the entire duration.
